With the holidays now here many of us like to share our Holiday plans ,trips, excursions and post on social media without realising that you never know whose seen your post or the links to people that may take this as an opportunity to take advantage of empty properties . Please be aware of this and if you are going away why not install a cctv system and talk to neighbours to keep and eye  on your property .Timer switches for lights are quite inexpensive as well and very useful .If you are out for the day leave a radio on. 

Any Valuables eg Jewellery watches and  high value items take a picture of them for if they are taken the police can have some idea what they look like if recovered.

Why not install a security light as well and if you do see anything suspicious ring 101 as your information could be the missing link to any thing that happens later on
